ORDERING & PAYMENT
FULL PAYMENT DONE UPFRONT AND VIA MY KO-FI in order to ensure that I will not be scammed out of being paid for my work. (such as the client going silent/blocking communication after I ask for payment once I complete and/or send the final product)- I do not accept payments in bitcoin or any sort of cryptocurrency.
- Once I have began work on the commission, it will be non-refundable. If you need the order to be refunded please let me know asap
- I have a right to refuse work for any reason
- If your order has to be done for a deadline you must tell me
- I will contact you during the ‘work in progress’ stage, in case you wish for any possible revisions. (a max of 3 revisions only and depending on changes it might raise the cost of the commission)
- References (especially for original characters) are greatly appreciated and very ideal, the more description the better! Just please don’t go overboard. (even rough sketches of the pose or pictures of what you’d like is great)
COPYRIGHT
- Orders are for personal use only and not to be used commercially
- I retain the copyrights to commissioned work, this means that I can use the work on my websites and for my own publicity or advertising
- Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Nothing made by me may be used in any AI generative technology.
I WILL DO
- Original Characters
- Fanart/Fandom work
- ‘Ship’ art (again, I have a right to refuse if it would make me uncomfortable)
- Real people (only if you absolutely know there would be permission with me drawing their likeness, such as your own portrait, a friend, partner or family. I could also do known personalities as long as you do not push boundaries)
I WILL NOT DO
- NSFW (this sort of work is not in my range.)
- Harmful/Offensive imagery (If you request anything as such you will be blocked immediately)
- “IRL” Shipping (Aka, drawing online personalities in a romantic context, or two people together without known consent)
- Heavy Gore (Extremely violent imagery makes me very uncomfortable. I can still do light gore, however I have limits and will express it depending on what you request)
- Mecha (this sort of work is not in my range.)
